Content Strategy for a better Website Experience

In our last blog, we saw how your website SEO strategy can be an additional, important layer to designing web pages and solutions. FIREANT keeps on the bleeding edge to ensure all our clients succeed in the digital landscape, and this starts within our mapping of the initial discovery. Content audits are done before wireframing, and are an important part to mapping out content sections, navigation and Calls To Action, and the optimization of that site.

FIREANT’s Content Requirement Documentation for Website SEO

FIREANT uses a spreadsheet for clients to help them lay out the necessary elements of their website. The document is often drafted to include page title, SEO title, meta description, focus keyword, content, necessary CTAs for that page, and any images associated with that particular content. This makes an easy reference point at all stages of design and development to help with the implementation and structure of the content. This also ensures that all content has been thoroughly thought out and holds a specific purpose.

For our own website redesign, we used such a content doc for our project detail pages. Focusing on our website SEO, we were able to better lay out a content strategy plan. Here is a snippet from that document:

As you can see it is carefully crafted, easily laid out, and makes for easy implementation once development is complete.

Going the extra mile for clients to help with content strategy and organization is an essential part of our work flow, while simultaneously achieves higher rankings in search engine results.
